Loved the festive decorations and holiday vibe. The staff was friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions and shopping areas. Plus, the room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed.

The noise levels were a bit too high, especially during the night, which disturbed our sleep. The limited options on the TV were disappointing, especially for the girls who were looking forward to some movie time.

Despite being repeat guests, the hotel could not honor the standard check-in time and we had to wait an extra hour with no apology for the delay. It would have been nice to receive a more attentive and apologetic response from the staff, especially considering our loyalty to the hotel.

The staff at Plaza Athenee really were really nice. When I arrived, they surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a fantastic suite. The location of the hotel is ideal, nestled on a quiet side street near Central Park. The breakfast, served at your table, was excellent. I loved the cozy piano bar and understated lobby. Despite some guests mentioning the hotel being a bit tired, I found it to be a charming and classy oasis away from the chaos of the city. I will definitely be returning to Plaza Athenee, with or without an upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were greeted with personalized touches like our favorite flowers in the room and vintage wine from the hotel's cellar. the staff was always friendly and attentive to our every need, from the spa to the restaurant recommendations.

The location of the hotel was not as central as we would have hoped and required longer walks to reach the city's top attractions. Although our room showcased exquisite decor and furnishings, the lack of in-room coffee facilities was a minor inconvenience.
